your satisfaction is our goal. please inspect your order upon delivery. if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service immediately at (214) 702-1566 or onlineorders@jennifermorgan.net to make arrangements for a return or exchange within 30 days.  please note: the item returned must be in its original condition, and returned merchandise is subject to a $30. non-refundable handing fee.

larger original paintings need to be crated and therefore, are subject to higher shipping fees, which will be discussed before the order is filled.
larger pieces cannot be shipped next day due to the aforementioned circumstances.

in some cases requestd pieces may be on display in other parts of the country, which may also add to an extended delivery period.
your understanding in these cases is appreciated.

TURN AROUND TIME ON PRINTS IS 4-6 WEEKS.
this can be rushed to 10 days for an extra 30% of the order which would need to be arranged with online sales.
